Roan Iris

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If your order ships in more than one package, you'll receive tracking for each one. All orders ship from Bozeman, Montana, via USPS or UPS.

Can't find your confirmation? Check your spam folder and search "roaniris" as one word.

If your tracking says delivered but you don't have your package, please check your porch, mailroom, or parcel lockers, and ask neighbors or building staff. Still can't find it? You can start a claim through our Returns Portal.
